Virginia Pro Chapter’s 44th George Mason Award Banquet

The annual year-end banquet honors a person who has made a significant, lasting contribution to Virginia journalism, as well as this year’s two winners of the Richmond SPJ, SDX Educational Foundation Scholarships and the recipient of the chapter’s Distinguished Service Award. This year’s banquet will again be held at the Richmond Times-Dispatch Hanover Production Facility, just off the US 301 exit from I-295 near Mechanicsville. The ticket price of $40 a person will include a complimentary outdoor reception (beer, wine and soft drinks) at 6 p.m., followed by Champagne Taste-catered dinner at 7.
